Meet our coaches

Maxine

Maxine is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach. Her interest in nutrition started with her first career as a pastry cook. Passionate about cooking, she longed to have a better understanding of how different foods affect the body. She pursued her curiosity, completing her dietetic internship and masters in clinical nutrition through New York University, and worked in a variety of settings from hospitals to gyms. Speaking with Maxine, you quickly learn she is truly client-centered and focuses on a positive mindset. She believes in a balanced lifestyle, and is dedicated to helping you find a realistic way to achieve your health goals.

Brittany

Brittany has a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that she looks at how all areas of your life are connected. Brittany will help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice in order to determine what choices are beneficial for you. She acknowledges that people tend to hang onto what they know and what has given them a sense of safety. While working together, you will create a safe, peaceful environment that will empower you to bring forth a newfound sense of confidence bringing you back to balance –physically and mentally. Together you will uncover how all parts of your life affect your wellness, develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, learn to listen to your body, and implement these lasting changes.

Health Coaching is a one-on-one approach between you and your coach, to tackle any health endeavor.

 

It starts with a Physical, to help us understand what your baseline is. Then together we discover your core values and vision, set goals, define actions, revisit and adapt. Health Coaching gives you the power to achieve these goals by connecting you with your inner strengths, ambitions and past successes.

 

Health Coaching is never prescriptive. It’s your game. We meet you without expectations or judgement, because it’s not where you are that’s important, it’s where you want to be. We’re here to help help succeed. It’s one-on-one and it’s one for you.
