Karoline is a physician who wants to dedicate her career to rebuilding the healthcare system. During her time at Crossover, she has led the People, Finance, and Analytics teams.

Karoline started her career at HLM Venture Partners and healthcare investment banking at Merrill Lynch. She spent six years in the Corporate Strategy & New Product Development group at The Advisory Board Company. She also worked at the UN Headquarters where she focused on access to healthcare in developing countries.

Karoline received her BA from Harvard College and MD/MBA from the University of Chicago.

Her husband Joe and son Jack can almost beat her at chess.
