Dr. Richard Patragnoni is a board certified Internal Medicine physician who strives to improve the delivery of health care both locally and nationally. As co-founder of Housecall Physicians, Dr. Patragnoni was able to transform the delivery model of health care to assist patients with limited access to medical services. His continued innovations and use of technology were also instrumental in the development of The Doctors Bulletin Board, a web destination used to network, share and collaborate with local practicing physicians.

In the community, Dr. Patragnoni has expertise in practice management solutions and has consulted for a variety of local and regional medical groups. His use of technology, innovative business models and network development have enabled physicians to maximize their potential, provide superior care and improve the physician-patient relationship.

Dr. Patragnoni continues to support the advancement of medical care and health education in the community and has been practicing in Orange County, California since 1998. He received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and completed his Internal Medicine training at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center. Originally from the East Coast, he now lives in Southern California with his wife and two children.

As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Patragnoni is responsible for the clinical programs and technologies that are implemented as part of Crossover Health’s Care Delivery and Patient Experience focus. Dr. Patragnoni works closely with the client and clinical teams to ensure quality, outcome, and experience metrics exceed client expectations.
